Meu nome \u00e9 Marcelo, sou Professor de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica, pratiquei Jiu-Jitsu no final dos anos 90, voltei a praticar 18 anos ap\u00f3s ter parado, n\u00e3o imaginava que algum dia retornaria aos treinos. Encontro no Jiu-Jitsu uma forma de encarar a vida, a pr\u00e1tica me da for\u00e7a, mental mesmo, me supero a cada dia no tatame, n\u00e3o participo de competi\u00e7\u00f5es e mesmo assim costumo dizer que sou um \"Campe\u00e3o\", lutando contra mim mesmo, encarando \"fantasmas\" internos. Quero passar isso para meu Filho e tamb\u00e9m meus alunos na escola. Meu nome \u00e9 Luciano tenho 48 anos e sou faixa azul, apesar de ter descoberto o jiu jitsu muito tarde, ele transformou a minha vida, a maneira de ver e me relacionar com o mundo ao meu redor. O in\u00edcio da minha hist\u00f3ria na arte suave foi a alguns anos na cidade de Caxias do Sul, sendo que j\u00e1 faixa azul me mudei para Florian\u00f3polis, onde n\u00e3o tive a oportunidade de voltar a treinar, pois tive um grave problema de sa\u00fade o que me levou a ficar 6 anos afastado do jiu jitsu. \n\n J\u00e1 em Garopaba tomei uma das decis\u00f5es mais acertadas da minha vida, voltaria a treinar jiu jitsu. Ent\u00e3o procurei o Sensei Andr\u00e9, que acabara de fundar a escola 3TAPS\/Zenith. Recebi todo o apoio necess\u00e1rio para minha volta aos tatames. Na fase inicial de treinos sempre me preservando para a readapta\u00e7\u00e3o.\n\n Hoje, passados alguns meses, tenho certeza absoluta que tomei a decis\u00e3o correta, sinto que o jiu jitsu novamente est\u00e1 transformando minha vida, fisicamente me sinto fortalecido, e mentalmente excelente. \n\n S\u00f3 tenho a agradecer ao Sensei Andr\u00e9 e aos professores M\u00e1rcio, Rodrigo e Luiz pela aten\u00e7\u00e3o e for\u00e7a.
